Odessa Homes Are Big, and a Move Clean Has to Match
Odessa is not a small-house town. The newer master-planned villages in Starkey Ranch and Asturia run from roughly $380K up past $1.6M, and the estate and lakefront homes out by Lake Keystone sit well over a million. More square footage means more bathrooms, more cabinet runs, and finish-level expectations that a quick wipe-down will not satisfy. A move clean here takes real hours, and we plan for that.
For a move-out, the job is simple to state and harder to do well: get your full deposit back and hand the property over in a condition that reflects well on you. For a move-in, we make sure the place is genuinely clean before the first box comes off the truck, whether you closed on a builder home in one of the Starkey Ranch villages or bought an established home in Van Dyke Farms or Wyndham Lakes.
We bring every supply and piece of equipment. You do not need to be on site, just sort out access ahead of time. Most Odessa homes take four to six hours, and the larger Keystone-area properties can run longer. We stay until the home passes our own checklist, not just until the clock says we are done.
