One Visit. One Price. Nothing on the Calendar After.
Here is the thing about Bloomingdale that makes a single clean make sense. These are 3, 4, and 5 bedroom houses with lanais and two-car garages, most of them built between 1979 and the early 90s, and most of the people living in them keep the place up just fine on a normal week. What they run out of is time on the abnormal weeks. The weekend the grandkids fly in. The Saturday your agent wants photos. The Sunday after a graduation party spilled from the great room out to the screened lanai and back. That is not a standing-appointment problem. That is a one-clean problem.
So that is what this is. You call, you tell us the address and rough size of the house, and we quote a flat rate for a single visit. We come the day we said we would, we clean, and then it is over. Nothing recurring, no card sitting on file, nothing to remember to cancel next month. If your next one-off is eleven months away, call us in eleven months. If it never comes, we are not going to chase you about it.
A single clean is also just an honest way to try somebody out. A lot of folks around here are wary of committing to a cleaning company sight unseen, especially in an older home where the grout and the original showers have real history to them. One visit tells you everything: whether we show up on time, whether we park where we should on an HOA street, whether the house actually looks the way you wanted. Decide about anything ongoing later, or never. Compare it against our broader one-time cleaning service if you want the Tampa Bay view first.
